- Patents are translated by linguists native to the target language with patent translation experience, as well as knowledge of applicable laws, accepted practices, and regulatory directives for the designated country.
- Translations are then reviewed by a second linguist, also native to the source language with patent experience.
- A final quality control check is handled by the project manager to ensure that all special instructions have been addressed and that patents to be filed are formatted according to the guidelines of the filing country’s patent office.
