$6000 donated to Gulf Coast hurricane relief efforts

A call for help went out. The employee response was immediate.

McElroy employees joined together to offer aid, both immediate and long-term, to recent hurricane victims. The generosity and compassion of the human spirit has been evidenced through employees housing evacuees, volunteering with relief organizations and donating generously, offering hope and help to so many in need. Employees made contributions directly to charities, purchased items for donation to Austin’s shelter for evacuees, and made cash gifts through McElroy and our food auction. Shelly Priebe, General Manager, authorized McElroy company matching funds up to $3000 for all employee contributions. These matching funds were donated to several worthwhile organizations:
